How soon should I place my order?We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability. Please remember that we don’t stock giant trees, we make them to order. Ideally, orders should be made by July to guarantee production in time for November delivery. However, it may be possible to still place an order after July, subject to availability and time.

What is the payment process?We require a 40% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery and installation. We accept all major payment methods.

What if I need to cancel my order?Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If installation or delivery services have already commenced, refunds may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Can I customize my Christmas tree?Yes! We offer bespoke options, including custom decorations, branded designs, and unique features like walkthrough trees, display bases and star toppers. Contact us to discuss your vision.

How long does it take to make a tree?Typically it takes about 2 weeks to make the steel frame and a further week to attach the greenery and lights.

How good are the lights and how long will they last?Our trees use low power consumption LED’s that are factory attached into the greenery. They are outdoor rated to the highest testing standards. Their lifespan is typically 10 to 12 Christmases based on normal use. Each bulb has 2 LED chips inside it. You can choose which colour you want, warm white/ice white or warm white/multi colour.

Do you provide installation services?Absolutely. As well as being manufacturers, our team offers full-service installation, including delivery, setup, and takedown, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

How long does installation take?Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity and positioning of the tree. Typically, installations can be completed within 1-2 days, even for 50ft trees.

What equipment is used for assembling a giant tree and how many people needed?You will need at least 4 experience people to assemble at 25 to 40ft tree and 6 for a 45ft or 50ft tree. You will need a crane with a height of at least 10ft reach above the height of the tree, 1 cherry picker for a 25ft to 40ft tree and 2 for a 45ft or 50ft tree. For trees above 40ft some of the panels are 220lbs and therefore 4 people are needed lifting and handling purposes.

Are your trees safe for indoor and outdoor use?Both! Our Christmas trees are made from fire-resistant materials, UV stabilized and all lights are for outdoor use. When installed correctly our trees are perfectly fine in outdoor windy environments, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings.

Do you offer a guarantee?Our trees are guaranteed for structural integrity, LED’s durability and colour fading under normal use and as long as our installation guidelines are followed.

How are you able to make such big trees for less than other suppliers?We’ve been making giant trees for across the world for 20 years now and having direct control over their in-house manufacture here in the US allows us to control costs as well as quality. The greenery and lighting is made in our factory in China who we have been working with for just as long. We have a great relationship with them as well as a clear understanding of the quality and specification that we require. Since we don’t have any middlemen or big overheads, we can pass on our cost savings and superior quality to our customers.
